1. Lil Wayne Festival Set Interrupted by Shooting Scare
One of Wayne’s first performances since releasing Tha Carter V was cut short after just a few minutes when a policeman’s taser was mistaken for a gun. A similar incident occurred when a fight between two concert-goers at Atlanta’s A3C festival turned into a stampede for the exit when someone yelled that they heard gunshots. Kanye West is set to meet with Jared Kushner and have lunch with Trump today. Trump expressed his approval of West’s performance on Saturday Night Live last month – during which West wore a Make America Great Again hat – via Twitter, writing “He’s leading the charge!” West and POTUS will discuss the development of West’s hometown Chicago at their meeting.
