Official Rules for Red Hot Chili Peppers Twitter Giveaway
- To enter, retweet the original pinned tweet that reads “Win @ChiliPeppers FRONT ROW tix! Retweet this tweet to enter” at https://twitter.com/WBRU
- There are no eligibility restrictions beyond those in the WBRU General Contest Rules, except that entrants must be at least 13 years of age, follow WBRU’s twitter account, and have their own page be public so that their entry may be viewed. Each person may enter only one time. Duplicate entries will be discarded.
- The relevant tweet must be retweeted within 24 hours of its posing at 12:00 PM on Monday, September 26, 2016.
- The prize is two front row tickets to the FEBRUARY 7, 2016 RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS show at TD GARDEN in BOSTON, MASSACHUSSETS.
- The estimated value of this prize is $100.00, based on the retail selling prices of the individual prize components.
- The winning entry will be drawn by WBRU Staff at random from all entries forwarded to media@wbru.com on September 27, 2016. A random number generator will be used to pick the winner’s corresponding number. There will be one winner. There is no tiebreaker procedure.
- The winner will be notified by direct message on twitter and will then be prompted to reply with their full name and phone number which someone from WBRU Promotions will use to contact them by phone. As an exception to WBRU’s General Contest Rules, the winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by 4:00PM on October 3, 2016. If the winner does not claim the prize by that time, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to a second winner drawn at random. The second winner must confirm acceptance of the prize before 4:00PM on October 10, 2016.
- WBRU reserves the right to disqualify participants for cheating, bad sportsmanship, and any disrespectful or potentially harmful behavior.
- The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Brown Broadcasting Service, Inc. which has a principal place of business at 88 Benevolent Street, Providence, Rhode Island 02906.
