A few weeks ago, Divey (aka Providence’s Alexander Garzone) turned BRU’s studio into a dreamscape with his shimmering guitar and hazy voice. His tracks are intimate, carefully sung, and richly layered in a way that belies the quiet simplicity of his approach. Divey just released an album over the summer, “the Likes,” which features two of the three songs he played for us in the studio.
