Massachusetts voters have been lining up at polling locations across the state to vote in today’s “Super Tuesday” election. Today, a dozen states will nominate their choices for the Republican and Democratic tickets. WBRU News is in Massachusetts to hear what voters had to say about the candidates. 11 AM In Attleboro, some voters had political leanings stretching across party lines. Pat Chilson, a long time Massachusetts native, says she’s voted either Democrat or Republican in the past, but this election she’s supporting Bernie Sanders. She said she likes that “he has something to stand for.”

The most recent polls have Hillary Clinton beating out Bernie Sanders by a couple percentage points in Massachusetts. Benjamin King was a one man show with a Donald Trump sign in front of the LaSalette Shrine Welcome Center polling station. He says that he thinks Trump is the only real candidate that can help lower unemployment and boost the American economy.

Polls have Trump beating out any other GOP candidate in Massachusetts by more than twenty percentage points. This could be his largest victory margin since Trump’s win in the Nevada caucus last week.
