Home BRU'd Sessions: Roz and the Rice Cakes

If you’re a BRU fan then you probably already know Roz and the Rice Cakes (winners of 2012 Rock Hunt, Summer Concert Series stars, and longtime local fave). Here at BRU, we can’t get enough of the band’s eclectic R&B-and-folk-influenced-indietronica–so they came in recently for a Home BRU’d session. At the session, they played newest singles “Close Encounters” and “The Conversation,” both of which came out in June. The pink and blue lights bring out the mystery of the reverberating, dark bass lines (as well as Roz’ hair!).
