“Including their sunglasses and beanies.”

So here we are in October, getting closer to the holidays, getting closer to the WBRU Dunkin’ Donuts 44th Birthday Bash. Exciting times! Let’s get into it!

Grouplove’s 2nd LP, Spreading Rumours, which for some unknown reason is spelled the British way, dropped mid-September. On top of that, they’re playing Night Two of the WBRU Dunkin’ Donuts 44th Birthday Bash. The Killers, hopefully NOT as a sign that they’re finished, are releasing their first greatest hits album, Direct Hits, next month. Pretty incredible that after only 4 albums they have enough hit songs to be able to do that. Corresponding albums in parentheses.
Grouplove – Ways to Go (Spreading Rumours)
Grouplove – Lovely Cup (Never Trust a Happy Song) Grouplove – Naked Kids (Never Trust a Happy Song) Grouplove – Spun (Never Trust a Happy Song) Grouplove – I’m With You (Spreading Rumours) Grouplove – Borderlines + Aliens (Spreading Rumours)

This is a picture of what Brandon Flowers did without the rest of The Killers. I really hope they stay together. I might start a “Stay Together for the Birds” campaign.
