WBRU’s Year of Service partner for 2012, the Providence Animal Rescue League, is having an event this Saturday, and we’ll be there! At Nick-A-Nees Saturday June 29th, there’s going to be friendly dogs up for adoption along with PARL staff and volunteers from 3-5pm. Stick around from 5-7pm and there’s going to be a craft beer tasting! Later on in the evening is going to be some local live music, including 2012 Rock Hunt winners the Rice Cakes!
